The Backstage Tour
Please join us on the 8th Original Backstage Hollywood Tour to Los Angeles. Our Winter tour is scheduled for February 7- 10th 2007 and it is our pleasure to now extend a personal invitation to you to secure your spot on what promises to be the most exciting journey you, as an artist, will ever have!
The Backstage Tour was developed for you to personally experience, first hand, one of the top three major industries in the world?the amazing Entertainment Industry! Our desire is to introduce you to every aspect of the working television and film industry by offering aspiring actors, such as you, a real-life, behind-the-scenes look at Hollywood in action.
The Backstage Tour?s four day odyssey will take you on spectacular guided tours of back-lot studios, production show tapings and sightseeing jaunts. The apex of this experience-packed adventure is the opportunity for you to meet and audition for some of L.A.?s top talent agents, casting directors, and managers. Showcasing your talent in an intimate one-on-one casting session is definitely the preferred way to break into show business. This talent showcase is possible through the relationships co-creator Philip Karr has maintained throughout his professional career as a talent agent, casting director, and manager in both New York and L.A. over the past 30 years. This, in turn, affords you access to a vast network of entertainment movers, shakers and decision-makers. The continued enthusiastic response from the L.A. entertainment industry reflects the professional presentation illustrated by each of our Backstage Tours. As Susan Tyler of Susan Tyler Casting: Feature Films and Commercials states,? The Backstage Tour gave me the opportunity to see talent in a relaxed and informed atmosphere ? This is where you want to showcase in L.A.?
If L.A. is your ultimate destination, many of our previous tour attendees have successfully relocated and have secured representation. Antonio Elias, who recently shot an upcoming T.V. Pilot, Danielle Woodland, Katie Webb, Trent Peltz and Sharon Munfus have signed with the Hervey/Grimes Talent Agency. Dane Heptner has signed with the prestigious Gage Group. Jaysha Patel, another attendee, signed with the Castle Hill Talent Agency and is managed by Central Artists Management. She has shot two commercials within the past month for America Price and Sony Entertainment! Dr. Rich Cowen is currently producing and starring in his 100th episode of ?Ask the Doctor? which is being aired nationally. So, whether your goal is to work in this highly competitive acting market or simply recognize your passion and love for performance that yearns for expression, The Backstage Tour is able to offer all this and more!
The Backstage Tour Winter Package price for February 7 ? 10th 2007 is $3495.00 which includes a $500 registration deposit to reserve your spot. Early registration by August 31st 2006 offers you a $200 discount for a total of $3295.00 The Backstage Tour Winter Package Includes the following:
