Conversations with one movie director, two music producers and numerous models, actors, and musicians made it clear to me that there was a need for an agency to represent emerging talents as well as established performers. And, more specifically, for an agency that would use the full multimedia capabilities of the web to showcase the talents of the artists it represents.
