The Monologue Blogger would like to invite YOU to a new monologue
series that will be launched on Monday, September 25th, 2006. The
"Dellacroche Series", is about an artist struggling in the rap game,
while at the same time hustling for survival in the streets of NYC,
while managing a club.
The Monologue Blogger has created a new form of monologue called
"Music Monologue". What is a Music Monologue? Well, you will just
have to tune in on September 25th to check it out. But to give you a
taste, our viewers will be able to listen to episodic music linked in
each monologue. Basically, every episode posted in the Dellacroche
Monologue Series will contain music inside the monologue that you can
click and listen to. Each monologue episode will have a complete
Dellacroche song written to go with the circumstances the character is
faced with in the piece. So, our viewers will be getting not only a
Dellacroche Monologue but ALSO a Dellacroche Song that relates to the
monologue episode. Pretty cool, eh?
We have the first episode written and the first soundtrack to the
first episode in place. The name of the episode and title of the song
is "TROUBLED LIFE".
In addition to being able to listen to music, The MB is going to have
a few surprises for you. We are going to be crossing over other
characters that are already written on The MB's site. So, as you
follow Dellacroche's story, you will be bumping into other characters
you may be familiar with from reading monologues on the site. You
will be able to click links in one story that will take you to another
character. There will also be new characters being launched in the
Dellacroche Series that have the possibility of being a "spinoff
series". So, make sure you follow along!
Here is an excerpt from episode 1 - TROUBLED LIFE:
"I didn't sleep a wink. How could I? I was fidgeting from all the
cocaine I had at the club. I'm not a big coke head, I don't want to
give you the wrong impression but I party every once in awhile when we
have a big money client come hang out in V.I.P"

'Snake Eater' actors wanted for short film

I need actors based in the Chorley/Preston/Blackburn area in the North West of England to appear in a lottery funded short dark comedy drama about time travel and infinity. I plan to start shooting at the end of march. it's expenses paid i.e. travel, food etc and would be great experience for anyone wanting to be involved as the film is to be screened at festivals nationwide
